Update any build with Industry Nine Hubs on HED B.A.D. Rims for an extra $500. The best way to upgrade your bike is in the wheels. Rolling weight is way more noticeable and effects how your bike handles compared to overall weight of the complete bike. HED B.A.D. Rims gives you the light weight and easy tubeless set up while the Industry Nine hubs will allow for instant engagement while keeping things light weight.
We offer 4 different Sizes XS,S,M,L and color graphics with our frames : Gloss black, Euro blue, Cream & Brushed Silver.

The 509 Cycles Fat Bike features a 177×12 rear end, English threaded bottom bracket, a 44mm headtube and suspension corrected. The frame is made out of double butted 4130 chromoly and it comes with an ED Coating, there is no need to frame save or worry about the frame becoming prone to rust. When designing the bike we added a higher bb to prevent striking when riding technical single track, a steeper head tube angle for a more responsive feel and a narrow Q factor that can still clear 5″ tires on a 100mm rim. Fat bikes see a lot of snow, sand and salt that can damage a frame, so we added a solid thru axle set up on our frame without all the bolts to attach the dropout. The bolts can seize together or come loose over time so by removing them we created a solid bike that was made to last.
